(More customer reviews)We actually purchased this item as a doggie gate with plans for kids someday in the future.We have an extra large opening to our kitchen and actually have to use a gate plus two of these extensions to cover the area.This extension can sometimes be a bit hard to find, but once you get it; it works great.We've had ours up for 3 months now with no issues.Would highly recommend.
